2. You will need to establish that the company will only be working on your project and not only pitching up every few days due to other work obligations. It will be satisfactory if the company is sizable enough to take care of more than one job but you’ll need clarification of this prior to signing any agreement.

3. You will surely be contacting previous clients as a reference so don’t forget to ask if the staff were tidy and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Messy builders will drive you crazy.
